The antioxidants Zinc, Coppe, Betacarotene and Vitamins C & E are significant nutrients for the macular region, retina and lens of the eye; (AREDS Research*).
Lutein and Selenium also help protect the eye through increasing the density of the macular pigment. (The LAST Study**). These ingredients play significant roles in defending against free radical damage of the eye.

DOSAGE
ADULTS ONLY:
Take 1 tablet daily in the morning with food or as directed by your healthcare professional.

This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high dosages. A daily dose of 100mcg of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Products containing selenium are not suitable for children under the age of 15 years.
