Adult Only: twice daily
For temporay relief of BRONCHIAL COUGH-
INHALATION: 10 drops (1/2mL) to 1 litre of boiling water or 5 drops (1/4mL) in water in oil burner.
For temporary relief to MUSCULAR and RHEUMATIC ACHES and PAINS-
MASSAGE: 5 drops (1/4mL) to 10mL Sunspirit carrier oil. Apply to affected area.
FIRST AID: For advise, contact a Poisons Information Centre or a doctor at once.
Urgent hospital treatment is likely to be needed.
If swallowed, do NOT induce vomiting.
