For temporary relief of MINOR EARACHE-
DIRECT APPLICATION: 3-5 drops (1/7mL - 1/4mL) in ear twice daily.
For temporary relief of COUGHS, HOARSE, DRY and SORE THROATS-
INTERNAL DOSE: 5 drops (1/4mL) twice daily.
For use as a CARRIER OIL in AROMATHERAPY-
MASSAGE or SKIN CARE BLEND: 5 drops (1/4mL) Sunspirit essential oil to each 10mL Sunspirit Sweet Almond oil.
