For the care of DRY or MATURE SKIN or as an AFTERSHAVING LOTION-
DIRECT APPLICATION: Apply neat or dilute 10 drops (1/2ml) to 10ml Sunspirit carrier oil.
For relief of PREMENSTRUAL SYMPTOMS and MENSTRUAL PAIN-
BATH: 10 drops (1/2mL) dispersed in bathwater.
