For general endurance during CHILDBIRTH-
MASSAGE: 10 drops (1/2mL) to 10mL Sunspirit carrier oil. Rub into lower back and abdomen. Do not use prior to labour.
To assist recovery after birth and for relief of POST NATAL STRESS-
MASSAGE: 10 drops (1/2mL) to 10mL Sunspirit carrier oil. Apply twice daily to neck and shoulders.
BATH: 10 drops (1/2mL) dispersed in bathwater.
